How to feel happy all the time





Happiness is something you can find deeply in yourself,not something you can find in the world.
feel happy, it is still possible to feel happy all day, every day. Moreover, it is important to recognize that might feel happy also felt content and justified.
 I'm not sure it's quite normal to feel overwhelmed with joy and gladness 24 hours a day! After all, we need to sleep and we need to rest, right? But the pursuit of happiness and experience all the time is quite possible happy life.

My absolute best kind of experience is to change your outlook on life , the world and of course others. It is imperative that you adopt a positive attitude and yes, it has to be earned and requires effort. Think how many times in a week someone says something or does something that makes feel happy you behave uncomfortable.
 This could be a colleague, someone  feel happy on TV or a driver that cut poor circulation feel happy.

How do you react to that person and their actions if they do something that is not in line with sound, our process or beliefs of moral thinking?

After  a while I started to notice some very simple things that were painfully beautiful feel happy. These beautiful things were simple things: the first flowers of spring, someone opens a door to another person, a man with his son  waiting to pass through get happy a corridor crowded supermarket before him, an attendant at a blood bank ask me how I was and thanked me for  get happy my donation , friendly simple gestures , gestures of great beauty.

We can be moved by so much beauty in the world, when we are aware and attentive.

 With every loss we feel we can be feel happy supported by friends who love us - no real beauty in it - and recognize the beauty brings deep satisfaction and happiness.
